Radford Dale, Vinum Chardonnay 2022

Radford Dale is a fully organic winery with vineyards across South Africa's storied regions of Stellenbosch and Elgin. Believing in a philosophy that "the land decides", the team at Radford Dale pride themselves on allowing nature to do its thing, as the best wines are made with as little human intervention as possible. Vinum Chardonnay 2022 is taken from plantings at Radford Dale's Stellenbosch vineyard. Pale straw with a touch of gold around the rim; it has aromas of ripe pear, melon and oak with a subtle minerality. The palate shows juicy, yellow stone fruit & honeysuckle flavours with a balanced acidity, bringing a mellow and enveloping finish.
